Under What Conditions I can Claim the Guarantee?

If the registered user of a SQAT Cram fails the corresponding exam within the 180 days after the purchase date and contacts SQAT Cram to claim this guarantee, then the Purchase fee can be returned for a full refund. Exam failures that occur after 180 days of the purchase date do not qualify for purposes of this guarantee.

Note:
The Money Back Guarantee is not applicable in following cases:

1. Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. SQAT Cram highly recommends the candidates to take at least 7 days to prepare for the exam with SQAT Cram study material, it will make you understand the exam very well and pass the exam much more easily.
2. Wrong purchase. (SQAT Cram is free from the duty of wrong purchase; the customer must confirm they choose the correct exam)
3. Free exam. (No matter failed or wrong choice)
4. Expired order(s).
5. Failure after 180 days of purchase date.
