Yes, the ISTQB advanced level certification has 3 elements, each with a different exam:

Advanced Test Manager, Advanced Test Analyst and Advanced Technical Test Analyst.

When you pass a test, you get a designation, such as CTAL-TM, CTAL-TA, or CTAL-TTA. When you pass all three, you get the CTAL designation, which includes all three.
